To provide discipline engineering expertise to all project design phases.

        To assume focal point responsibility for the integrity and fitness for purpose of all specified discipline equipment and systems.

        To conduct system effectiveness studies for new projects.

        To support design/drawing office personnel with Engineering input.

        To ensure that equipment vendors provide timely and high quality product to front-end and detailed design packages.

        To ensure design packages meet the required safety, environmental and ergonomic standards.

        To ensure design packages take account of technical progress within the industry.
