• Manage the E&P engineering facilities, including design developed by the design office
• Manage QA/QC activities related to the design, fabrication and installation of new facilities
• Evaluate technical queries related to ongoing projects and to operational activities
• Participate in the development of new engineering practices and process techniques

Based in Doha, this role will lead a team of 20 engineers in addition to support staff and a separate design office, currently employing a total of 100 engineers and technical staff.

You will be the lead technical authority within E&P. You will be responsible for the engineering activities related to the modifications to existing platforms and facilities, monitoring of the design of new platforms currently being designed and fabricated and provide engineering support to the operation of the existing facilities offshore Qatar.

• University degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 15 years relevant oil and gas industry experience
• Detailed knowledge of offshore oil and gas process system design and the design of associates facilities and platform structures
• Thorough experience with management of the design of large offshore projects
• Practical and systematic approach to problem solution and ability to lead and coach a team of highly qualified engineers
