Job
Description: |
•Ensure that
company interest is protected in respect of the contracted
Terms and Conditions, and all the activities performed in
the site are in accordance with the agreed scope.
•Ensure that all possible changes are accounted, reviewed by
the Supervisor and claimed to the client.
•Responsible for the preparation of estimates,
substantiation of costs and identify additional works
including claims.
•Attend to the project meeting and prepare Minutes of
meeting if required.
•Provide support to the Commercial team in the invoice
preparation. •Responsible for the Subcontract management.
•Responsible for establishing a systematic and proper filing
system at site for documents related to the QS activities.
•Responsible for the compilation of the final work packs to
present to the client.
•Responsible for compilation and substantiation of the
disputed claims.
•Undertake various instructions as requested by the
supervisor.
