Responsibilities include:

•Ensure Wellflow models are correct and production rates / lifting points are optimized. 1.Update Wellflow models with qualitative well test information on monthly basis and tune the wells as required. Upload the data to the Read model and validate the performance curves of all wells. Lead “Lift Gas Strategy Team” offshore and review / update strategy guidelines as appropriate and ensure it is followed in day to day operations.

• Take lead role in implementing the lift gas re-allocations and conduct post audit as appropriate. Review and validate Flowing Gradient Survey recommendations. Monitor daily production down time / ullage difference and liaise with field personnel to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve the issues.

•Review / validate well test data and ensure that high quality data is captured at all times. Update Gas Injection Hit list and Water injection Targets Rates as per the recommended frequency. Assist SPS Gas Lift in Wellflow / Read models and gas lift optimization.

•Monitor water injection well performance and troubleshoot well problems in coordination with Field team and Area Engineers. Provide trouble-shooting support and quickly react to production issues or well problems.

•Review down-hole PPM (Gauge Ring Runs and Flowing Gradient Surveys) frequencies and ensure the jobs are carried out according to the priority. Conduct training sessions to field operations in relevant disciplines as and when needed.
