Job Description: |
Responsible for
assisting Line Management and Supervision all aspects of
construction health, safety and environmental matters
undertaken by Construction Operations Responsible for
assisting Line Management and Supervision all aspects of
Commissioning Operations site involvement in relation to HSE
matters. To give direction to construction staff and others
as required and provide functional support to field HSE
Officers. To ensure that the Client’s Health & Safety Policy
and Environmental Policy are implemented and understood by
all Construction personnel and supervised staff. Continual
development of Long Range Strategies. Provide resources and
assistance to all other Operations of Client and affiliate
companies as agreed with the Divisional Director
Construction Operations Ensure that Hazard Identification
and Risk Assessment liaison is maintained with Construction
Engineering, Engineering Safety or Process Management
Groups, through the HSEQ Group Promote Construction &
Commissioning health, safety and environmental management
within the organisation to continually improve performance
and achieve Company objectives. Input to proposals in
respect of Construction & Commissioning health, safety and
environmental matters. Maintain Construction & Commissioning
health, safety and environmental procedures and their
development. Develop Construction & Commissioning health,
safety and environmental training schemes and presentations
for all levels of staff. Assess construction and pre
commissioning contractors proposals and their suitability
for selection based on HSE performance. Compile and analyse
accident and incident statistics on a monthly basis. |
