Candidate
must have a background with a drilling contractor,
having reached minimum Assistant Driller level,
preferably with land rig experience.

A strong
practical background is necessary, as is experience of
working in an Arab-speaking desert environment,
preferably in the Gulf States.

The
candidate will also have had exposure to Behavioural-Based
Safety Systems.

Roles will
be to assist the Drilling Supervisor (DSV) and the rig
contractor's HSSE Supervisor to ensure safe working
practices are followed, assist with JSAs, Toolbox Talks,
safety meetings, etc as well as incident investigation.

Rotation is
28/28 plus travel days.
