Skills: Highly motivated Talent Management specialist. Experience in designing and implementing competency based development programs for field (operations & maintenance) staff. Can identify and analyze the training needs for subsurface staff. Can assist with identifying and developing the company’s current and next generation of leaders and professional staff. Set criteria to measure the return of the training investment. Building future training plans and how to link them with training strategy. Determine how to change existing culture toward the training. Apply new theatrical and practical ideas in training for surface and for subsurface training and other types of training. High level of professional and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management. Networking and planning skills. Excellent presentation skills. Sound exposure to IOC methods how they develop their field operations staff and engineers to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
