Description: |
This middle management role reports to the
Senior Manager of HR and involve evaluating job positions,
as well as determining classification and related
compensations. Also must be able to: prepare occupational
classifications, job descriptions, salary scales, and
reports to summarize job analysis, evaluation and
compensation analysis information. Must research
job positions and requirements, structural and functional
relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational
trends. |
