Qualification:

A university degree, preferably in HR or psychology, plus 3 years of progressive HR experience in job evaluation using one of the international systems (HAY, Mercer or Watson Wyatt). 

Nationality:

European educated candidates will be given preference.

Experience:

Requires knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems (HAY, Mercer or Watson Wyatt).  The candidate should possess effective communication skills, analytical ability, research skills; have a strategic orientation and an eye for detail.

Job Description:

This middle management role reports to the Senior Manager of HR and involve evaluating job positions, as well as determining classification and related compensations.  Also must be able to: prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary scales, and reports to summarize job analysis, evaluation and compensation analysis information. Must research job positions and requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.
