Must have the ability and desire to promote, undertake and develop core company operations, primarily technical upstream technical consultants, but also projects and studies and training. Must be proactive, flexible in their work and a team player. The ideal candidate should have good experience in Sales, marketing and recruiting for contract and direct personnel services for oil & gas, engineering and oilfield service accounts. Required Skills: Strong client-facing skills in business development, negotiations and administration. Knowledge and contacts within the upstream oil industry in the Middle East highly desirable.
